Due to the nature of our offerings and our dedication to providing high quality products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

For regular orders, please allow up to 2-5 days for your order to be shipped. For Orgonite orders, please allow 5-21 days for your order to be created, cured, and shipped. Once shipped, orders will receive a tracking number via email. 

Shipping addresses cannot be modified once order is placed so please be sure to double check your information before confirming. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer.

Because we cannot exercise governorship over postal services and their handling of packages once they leave our custody, Sacred Soulutions does not accept responsibility for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail. All claims must be filed directly through USPS to locate lost or stolen packages.

Orders shipped priority mail can file a claim with USPS for amounts up to $50 at no extra cost by utilizing the tracking number for your claim. Customers can elect to add insurance to their packages by emailing us before ordering so that we can set up a custom check out for you.
